Initial Design Consultation Approximately 80 minutes
This includes a walk through of your home and site evaluation. Discussion of design ideas, lifestyle, style preferences and options. Budget planning and advice.
Color and Materials analysis.
Price $150, with a moldboard emailed for $100.
During this consultation we will give as much advice and information as possible about your space. If you sign up with our service on the same day of consultation this fee will apply towards your package.
Payment is due upon presentation of invoice.E-design consultation is available for the same price.
A detailed questionnaire will be emailed to you so we are able to spend more time on the walk through and site evaluation. This may require you to take photographs of. your home if you wish to do an e-consultation.
Home Staging
This includes:
Consultation fee of $250 which will give you a detailed assessment and report with suggestions should you wish to proceed on your own.
It does not include the purchase of materials or furnishings required for the project.
For full staging services the package includes hiring of furniture and accessories and styling services. It is based on a vacant property, and does not include cleaning or removal costs for existing furniture or repair work the tmay be required.
The period of hire is 30 days from delivery. Payment is due monthly or part thereof, and is due upon presentation of invoice.

Color Consultation
An initial design consultation including paint color selection and specification for interior surfaces.
A full paint schedule is supplied.
Prices: $100 for consultation plus $50 per room.
Payment due upon presentation of invoice.
Room Decoration and Furniture Package
A decorative redesign of a room within your home, with flooring, color selection, and furniture.
The package price is based on three meetings and includes:
Initial consultation at your home to discuss your style preferences, detail the changes you would like to make and to establish a decoration budget.
The second meeting for us to present the decorative design concept and to confirm the design direction.
The third meeting to present the final design including the specification of inclusions within the design.
As part of the package you will receive the following:
Design consultation as above.
Measurements of your house/room and floor plan.
Mood board, which is used to establish the design direction of your project.
Sample board to show the flooring, paint color selection, furniture, artwork and accessories selections.
Schedule to outline selection details, pricing and supplier information.
Color scheme selection and schedule.
An additional edit can be purchased for $75.
This package is great if you prefer a design guideline for you to follow and implement at your own pace.
Please note that wall art and accessory selection are not included but can be purchased at an hourly rate of $75.

Construction/Remodeling Design Package
This includes:
Design Consultation
Detailed construction floor plans
Detailed construction elevations
Detailed construction electrical plans
Detailed hard materials list and call outs
Detailed scope of work for contractor bids
3D renderings
Materials selections include tiles, appliances, fixtures, fittings. Lighting.
Paint schedule
Full estimate of specified materials
Design Specification
Co-ordination and oversight of installation of furniture, wall art and accessories.
Price $2500 per standard sized room.
Project Management
We charge 10% of the total cost of the project including furnishings and services purchased or specified on behalf of the client.
This pricing may vary depending upon the complexity of the project.
The budget is established from the start, and payments are made based on the estimated total budget.
Total expenditures are added up at the end of the project to be sure the designer has received the agreed upon percentage.
Extras
We charge 10% markup over the wholesale/trade cost of an item (e.g. furniture, drapery, finishes, etc.).
This Includes sourcing, managing the ordering, logistics, troubleshooting, delivery and installation of merchandise.
Any extra services not mentioned in our quote will be billed at $75/hour, after every 5 hours, until the project is completed.
Payment is due upon receipt of invoice.
